1. Qorviva is not a diagnosis or treatment service
Qorviva does not diagnose disease, prescribe treatment, determine whether you are medically fit for exercise or replace a doctor, pharmacist, nurse, physiotherapist, dietitian, emergency service or other qualified professional.
Wellbeing information, alerts, educational material and pattern summaries should be treated as supportive information, not a medical conclusion.
2. Camera scans are wellness estimates
Quick Scan and Deep Scan use supported phone-camera signals to estimate selected wellness information. Results can be affected by lighting, movement, skin contact, camera hardware, positioning and signal quality.
Qorviva should display the source, signal quality and confidence where available. Weak or inconsistent signals should be rejected rather than converted into a convincing-looking number.
Phone-camera scans must not be presented as measuring unsupported values such as blood glucose, cholesterol, sodium, kidney function, internal fat or other laboratory measurements.
3. No unsupported regulatory or medical-device claims
Qorviva does not represent itself, or a camera-based feature, as medically approved, clinically validated, CE marked, UKCA marked or a regulated medical device unless that specific claim has actually been obtained and is explicitly stated for that specific feature.
If a future Qorviva feature is intended for diagnosis, treatment, clinical decision-making or another regulated medical purpose, that feature may require separate regulatory assessment before those claims are made or the feature is released for that purpose.
4. Urgent and emergency symptoms
Qorviva is not an emergency monitoring service. Do not wait for an app reading if you or someone else has severe or rapidly worsening symptoms.
Use the appropriate emergency or urgent-care service for your country when symptoms may be serious. Qorviva's emergency information is designed to help route users toward appropriate help, not replace that help.
5. Health information, consent and privacy
Health and wellbeing information can be sensitive. Qorviva is designed to keep account data separated between users and to give users controls over consent, export and deletion where those controls are available.

6. Trial, subscription and consumer information
Eligible new subscribers may receive one 3-day Qorviva Plus trial. The selected paid plan begins automatically after the trial unless cancelled before the trial ends. The plan, renewal price and billing period must be shown before the user confirms checkout.
Mandatory consumer rights that apply in a user's jurisdiction are not removed by Qorviva's terms.
